Cape Central swimmer Phineas Theall broke a Missouri state record and won two state titles at the Missouri Class 1 State Swimming and Diving Championships. The senior captured gold in both the 100-yard butterfly and 50-yard freestyle. He set a new Missouri record in the preliminary heats of the 100-yard fly on Friday with a time of 48.34 seconds.
